Topics will depend on the interests of students and on the
availability of staff. Examples of what might be offered are: fusion reactors, frontiers of astronomy, particle physics, atmospheric physics, liquid crystals, seismology, dating procedures, magnetism, oceanography.

Assessment could include some or all of the following: assignments, projects, tests and examinations. Compulsory seminars,
teleconferences, practical exercises, etc. may contribute to the final mark.

Prerequisite: admission to the Postgraduate Diploma in Science Education plus teaching experience in physics.
